In essence, it is always the connections with people that give life its value.

Generations and cultures change and with them our society. It is therefore sensible and important to advise companies, ideas and projects in terms of communication, to accompany people in change processes and to bridge any barriers between generations and cultures.

We understand generations as communities of experience and cultures as collective identity.

Our society poses challenges to the different generations. Many younger people, whether in apprenticeships or studies, do not find their place properly, while older people are looking for their gaps in the job market. In between there are tattered social structures, many who have internally quit and more people who develop fears of loss.

We mediate between them and also uncover the egoisms of the generations.
